How do you price automation work?
Discovery and mapping is a fixed fee, and each automation is quoted individually against the hours it saves — so the business case is explicit before we build anything. Most first projects pay for themselves within a few months.
Is our data safe in these automations?
Yes. We use each platform's official APIs and OAuth connections, follow least-privilege access, never store credentials in plain text, and document exactly which data flows where so you stay in control — and GDPR-compliant.
Will we be locked into you to maintain it?
No. Everything ships with plain-English documentation and a handover session, built on platforms your team can access. Support retainers are available, but they're optional — independence is the point.
