The brief
Expert Notes needed two things at once: a product website that explained what it does in seconds, and a back office that did not depend on someone manually moving every sign-up and enquiry between tools.
What we did
On the front end, we designed a focused product site with a clear message hierarchy and a direct path to getting started. Behind it, we mapped the repetitive steps in the team's workflow and automated them — so new leads and users flow into the right systems and get the right follow-up without anyone copying and pasting.
